The financial makeup of this company is why the price is were its at.After the private placement and the reverse spilt and dust settles it may warrant a second look.

HEA I took my broker's advise I am in this for about 10,000 shares
so I feel the pain too. I asked him about it the other day. All he said was that things would be better in a few weeks. I know that sounds like a line, but most of the time he is right. That is why he is still my broker.
