Good evening, Mr. C.

Just wanted to thank you for your questions - all viable, honest questions which should be addressed:

I will certainly attempt to get answers to all of these questions asap.

Since this is a BB stock, however, there really isn't that much that needs to be divulged at this stage - That's why they are on the BB
looking to get a nasdaq listing - when they - do all of these questions must be answered. like it or not!

By the way the 1997 financial report will be made public next week, even though no BB company is required to do so.

Anyway - your warning is duly noted and definitely serves as a reminder to everyone TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE before you invest in these types of stocks.

Thank you, Mr. C.

Rico

Mr. Miller - I accept your apology..
Re: some of Kenny's comments - they are
correct & he asks a few good questions. Some of the answers are obvious though - & some aren't.

If they do not like the audit they will not file?
(I think this is a bit absurd....of course they will file..)

re: 1m per mo in traffic. What portion of the 1m does dgiv get?
Ask Mr. Chin & see if he tells you.

Cert. is Russia is worth a lot.

You failed to mention the Indonesian ISP purchase, partnership
with INDOSAT, the impact of the JD International acquisition etc.

Outstanding is 16 mill not 17 mill. as Mr. Miller had once stated.
Float is 5 mill & perhaps less after buyback..

Kenny - you stated: They want to buy back 1/3 of the float.
Actually - that is an overstatement
-- but then you go on to say..

If they need money why are they buying back shares
instead of selling some of what they have?

Because the share price was/is so low - it makes sense to buy
back shares - not selling them when the future of the company
is so bright. Stock financing is not always the best
form of financing.

Liberty is not "a shell". They are a legit IR firm.
Agree that they need to update their site & that DGIV
needs to update theirs.

FYI - a number of market cap to sales ratios in the Internet industry
have exceeded 200:1 & many are much higher.
Stodgy slow growing AT&T & Sprint etc. are at 3:1
The ratio for DGIV is about 1.5 : 1 right now if 30 mill. revenues is assumed for '98 (might be 20 mill. low according to some sources..but want to be conservative)

Last post of day...might check in later this weekend..
Good post Rico.
