IT is 15 min delayed for NASDAQ, 20 min delayed for NYSE & AMEX. Data feed to IT charts and T&S stops at market close, i.e. 4 PM. Thus, last info on tick chart or T&S is really data as of 3:45 (or 3:40 respectively). This is so even though time on charts and in T&S display would lead you to think its real time. NAQ keeps updating portfolio until 4:15, but probably stops refreshing charts at 4:00. It explain price discrepancies. This is where I got confused. Thanks for the explanation.
