I hate to beat a dead horse, but this guy has really gotten under my skin. Every shareholder of MIDL should feel that their intelligence has been insulted by this news release. Hopefully, the close today showed him that we are not that gullible. I know that making these statements without the protection of a corporate shield is not a real smart thing to do. I know I wouldn't want to be standing in this guy's shoes right now. Words such as "deny" imply that a falsehood has been told. However, not only was there no falsehood by Arcon, the mere implication of falsehood could be determined by a jury to be libelous. I need to call my lawyer so I can pay him to write that press release that I have decided NOT to buy the Grand Canyon after all...yeah...that's the ticket.... :-) Binder
