I'm very comfortable with $0.55 for Q1. That would make today's price less than 14 times trailing earnings. I agree that THQI will be at old highs fairly soon.

In another note, I would like to mention that one of my largest positions and favorite stocks, LUFK, appears to on the verge of breaking out. At $34, it's still $6 from its November high of $40, but it's probably going to make $3.00 in 1998. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. The recent downtrend has been broken, and a new uptrend appears to be forming. If LUFK meets Q1 estimates of $0.60 (it should report in the next week or so), the stock could move up to $40 without trading at a higher trailing multiple. I think that Q1 estimates will be beaten, although I make no promises on the near-term performance of the stock. That said, I believe that downside is very limited ($29) and upside is not as limited (near term target is $40, year-end target is $50). Good luck.
