If you own FAMH, you want the ratio of FAMH's stock price to ATXI's stock price to be as high as possible just before the merger. For example, If FAMH is at $1 and ATXI is at $2, then we will receive 1 of the new company's shares for every 2 FAMH shares. If ATXI is at $2 and FAMH is at $.50, then you receive 1 of the new company's shares for every 4 FAMH shares.

The higher FAMH's price and the lower ATXI's price just before the merger, the more shares you end up with.

FAMH is the stock to be in right now and not ATXI. The deal is not done yet and no one knows, except for a few insiders, what the details are. I read earlier that we are talking about a range between 2.5 /1 and 4/1 ratio. whence that ratio is set, announced and held accountable for, then we'll be pulling for that other stock,be it ATXI or MSFT!
