Jeffery: Thanks for the insight. When I saw the acquisition on the news I jumped in not fully understanding the implications other than CBSL has been a stellar performer and it was down from it's highs. I thought it was a good time to buy.

Do ou think that it's going down much more from here? Or is this a good time to accumulate more shares?

Currently, CBSL has about 27 million shares outstanding, so this extra should increase it to 34 million.
