I agree with Rajiv that IFLYW is at a premium.
IFLYW = IFLY - 0.625 + 0.xx
Part of the price depends on the price of IFLY. Part depends on the supply and demand for the warrants and anticipation of when IFLY will hit $10 and close above it. If investors or speculators believe $10 will happen soon the warrants will jump more quickly. If they believe it is further off, there will be less demand.

Rajiv, this is basically my view of the situation. I think the logic is basically sound. Of course the market is not always entirely logical...
