All: from what I understand, Sideware released a draft version by email before it had been finalized for releaase by Agora. Apparently, the final version will be available tomorrow on both Silicon Investor and Stockhouse (as well as by email). Really doesn't matter since the markets are closed tomorrow and you'll have to wait til Monday to buy any more SYD. :)

I am not real sure what you have against Agora but I would suggest that you learn to read better!!! 1ST paragraph "Good afternoon to you all.ÿ Please find enclosed our update with respect to SYD.ÿ Prior to discussing specific topics, both Sideware and Agora wish to deal with the issue of company responses to the many shareholder questions.ÿ" Agora is also included in the disclosure statements. You are so good at reading between the lines try reading what is right in front of you.
