I find no evidence that VXTK is a fully reporting company with the SEC (at least there's nothing on Edgar from them), so that would make a NASDAQ listing a physical impossibility.

Not sure what the deal is here, but I seem to recall being sent a 10-K and possibly a 10-Q as well with the investor packet. Anyone else remember?
