Runner, I am glad to see that you read the FORM 10-K. If more people would do there own research, and read this very important information, Jeff M., Tech Master and my life would be easier. I hope you also read the other information Edgar had on ALYD. THE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, done 4/10/97. As you can understand, if the Charlotte Observer and other investors on this thread had done some research, all would have seen that the article published about this lawsuit was WRONG. I would personally love to sue The Charlotte Observer for there blatant stupidity. There is other information on the Edgar site that may be of interest to you. Happy Reading, TRUTH
