I agree with several of the points you made. A well timed placement is preferable to a big debt load and is something I almost look forward to in a company like Luxor . . . they won't do it until the stock price is up! Dilution is not as great at that point and the company gets the financial boost it needs. We all win in that case.

Also, we ARE on the ground "floor" (I get your pun . . . intended or not!) of something I also will believe will turn out extremely well for those patient investors. Believe me, I've been patient and will continue to be. There were numerous times since 1991 I thought about pulling out but instead decided to average down.

The only risk I'm even mildly concerned about at this point is a continuing favorable economy. As long as we have a good "house-building" season, this product and this company are in an excellent position. Low interest rates and substantial housing demand . . . what a combination that will be. I think as long as this company's "niche" stays healthy, the stock price will run along an upward curve regardless of what the overall stock market does. I'm still accumulating on these little daily price "dips".

I hear an AMEX listing may be forth-coming by mid summer perhaps. Still not confirmed though.
