Since inception in 1988 to 1996 a total of 44,517,143 were issued by MINE according to their filings. From Jan 1997 to Sept. 1997 only 9 months MINE issued another 43,336,511 shares. They issued as much shares in a nine month period as they did in 8 years.

Also you may want to question the Company on the following as reported in their filing;

During the nine months ended September 30, 1997, a total of 2,000,000 restricted shares, valued at $.10 per share, were issued to a Bolivian officer of the Company as a bonus

That comes out to 200,000 dollars in stock not a bad bonus to give and officer of the Company when in fact the Company is losing money.

All these shares issued in less than a year 43,336,511 and the total content of the News in my opinion is pure hype nothing less, no revenue, no values, only excuses for delays and TV promo shows.

Take a look at the filings and note who received shares. Good luck with this one you will need it.

If my fact's are incorrect please correct it, but what is stated here is based on their filings.
