Dear Jens - I agree with you that there is no a whole lot of info to judge the state of the ship. People tend to react whenever the number is -ve. Evidently, a couple of other retailers also think that the shift of the Easter holiday has reduced their traffic. In term of comparable figures, I believe the 10 stores less total count is history going forward. I also agree with you knowing the progress of the system status is of interest. I don't suppose it is fully implemented yet. It will have a material effect on earnings, but it is factored in. So if there is no major glitch, it will be a major cost container down the road. Of course, there is always a possibility of major problems. AFAIK, point of sale systems are not that problematic, so it is not a serious possibility at this point. Manufacturing and distribution systems like that of StrideRite nearly killed that co. Kr, Bosco
