I have a call into Dreyfus to clear up any questions of the size of their investment in CCSI; when and if I get the information, I'll share it with the thread.

Dreyfus funds reduce holdings.

My reading of the SEC filings is that the Dreyfus funds
have reduced their holdings in CCSI. Here's the numbers:

1/98 1/98 4/98 Shares sold
(pre-split) (adjusted) since January
PAGF 775,000 1,162,500 1,104,000 68,500
DAGF 475,000 712,500 397,500 315,000
--
PAGF= Premier Aggressive growth fund
DAGF= Dreyfus Aggressive growth fund

More notes on the Dreyfus holdings.

The Dreyfuss Agressive Growth Fund (DAGF) didn't report any holdings this quarter. (They don't have to if they hold less than 5% of a company.) I was assuming that the difference between what Dreyfus reported and what the Premier Aggressive Growth Fund (PAGF) reported was what DAGF was holding. DAGF could have sold all their holdings, but that would mean another Dreyfus fund would have bought some.

Going strictly by percentages isn't fair because of dilution. Anyone who held this stock for over a year has had their percentage holding reduced some (due to the exercise of warrants and options.)

Also, if you think that fund managers know what they are doing, think again. Check out this investor.msn.com and see what kind of return PAGF has been getting.
