can you tell us who you are or maybe a little background to as how you found all of this out rather than continuing to rant and rave back and forth?Why has it taken you so long to come out of hiding to post what you know?Are you trying to lead us all on a little game by telling us to "do our homework"? Please prove yourself.

The fact is, you don't have all of the facts. I was in Demos' office in Jan 1998 just before he left. As a matter of fact have contacts who have spoken to him as well since then. We know what he is doing and we know that his capacity with the company only reflects the fact that he will do the road show, should they get to that point. Get your facts straight. And it is none of your business what Michaels owns. If you have any proof that he used investor money to pay for a frivolous life style then PUT UP OR SHUT UP. Show the proof. We are not saying that you are not truthful, with the exception of Demos, but you have not shown anything to substantiate your claims. PUT UP.
