To all who follow PARS HAPPY HOLIDAYS and PROSPEROUS investing. PARS is doing well. They are progressing all all fronts. Do not forget that the price not that long ado was under 2$. They are a micro cap, and it takes time. Even longer than I thought. So if you can wait a little . Alrex will be comarketed with BOL & ... BOL per their news releases is progressing with their restructuring. Alrex and Lotemax will be introduced to EU. Will double market. HU 211 is into the last stage of phase 2 . going to enroll 2:1 active arm to placebo. This may show statistical significant efficacy. If so phase 3 study should be a confirmation. So we got to wait 6 months.(maximum-9-). At the same time as HU211 coming to close of phase 2,study. I think PARS is very wise to await those results so they can get the best term with going forwards with a potential partner. Marketing of Alrex and Lotemax are getting greater visibilty as to future growth. And movement is stating on planning of preclinical on Tamixiphen analogue. So all the future looks very promising. Neuroinvestor is very positive on HU211. Price targets by analyst are looking only on currents approval. Tobra Alrex study is going to start soon. once approved will xxx market. There may be some short term price pressure in May. Especially if price sets new high. Good luck to all. Donot forget TAX TIME

Zvi, While I concur with David, a far greater sin of CEO's & CFO's of micro caps is their tendency to write off the individual investor.......and the power of a message board like YAHOO & SI. This is especially true of CFO's who come from large corporate backgrounds [like Mr Cook], who have little appreciation for the loyal individual investor who has been repeatedly diluted and endured the difficult travails of PARS history. The quality of the posters on this board is exceptional, and we are all working to get out the 'GOOD WORD' on PARS, and influencing our acquaintances and relatives buy PARS stock.

I realize that my first responsibility is to the shareholders of PARS, and I would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. I have faith that in the next two months, our two drugs, Alrex and Lotemax will capture much of their respective markets. Furthermore, I am optimistic for the future of HU211. Our union with Bausch and Lomb has been fruitful and I expect that it will continue to be so with our future products. Again, thank you for supporting Pharmos Corp. Long PARS. H. Aviv
