I also used to use candles to find my way in the dark when the electricity went off at night during a thunderstorm. I still do one of the above, and have discontinued the other, due to a complete lack of ability on my part, not due to the lack of potential of the forecasting by someone who is adept at it. There are several very adept readers of candles here on this thread, as well as on S I. BUT-- nobody can hold a candle to me when it comes to lighting one up in the dark in the midst of a real EastTexas thunderstorm.Sometimes, I'm so quick on the draw that my wife has accused me of carrying a lit candle in my pocket.......ggggg Regards---Nemer
