Warrants could open higher on Monday but not necessiarly. The warrants will probably not be convertible before 13 JAN 99. So the warrants are a longer term play. Still a lot depends on outlook for IFLY. The company's plan was to use part of the IPO funds to add more ticket agents to handle more of the demand. So there revenues and hopefully earnings could increase sharply. This would be great for holders of both the common and the warrants.

6.97 close - 6.25 = .71 premium The amount of the premium will be a function of supply and demand. A nice earnings increase would do wonders for both IFLY and IFLYW.
