John You maybe right about this reverse split, if it happens then it happens, so everyone seems to be going into it with this knowledge, it may hurt short term but really a plus long term. I guess this fact alone may discourage the momentum traders, and daytraders, from jumping into it... then again these guys are'nt really known for their indepth D.D. so we might see them once the merger comes about. I think its been confirmed that Jack Arnold will be IR, and I am going to say this, WOTD had BETTER NOT lock him out from management and board decisions, he has done well and I personally trust his judgement, I am a defensive investor and if they start screwing with Jack or put him in a position where he has no real responsibilities, I will significantly reduce my position. This is about the only reason I can think of that would trigger this reaction from myself at this point of this investment, simply because Mr Arnold has proven himself 10 times over and we don't even know the WOTD people or their business ethics. (YET) KAA
