Chaz, remember that's Charles "Rick" Rule talking. And remember who he works for, and what his background is. Ronald Reagan got to shut down antitrust enforcement for 8 years, and Bill's a lot smarter, richer too. Rick's getting paid a lot better these days, I'm sure.

Lawyers are paid advocates, and Rule has been in the press a lot advocating his client's case. That's ok, we should just be glad he's not doing the same advocacy in his former position. Even there, he'd have a hard time holding back the states. The main thing to watch for is the federal judiciary, where the majority of sitting judges are Reagan-era appointees, and many (most?) of those are just as ideological as my old pal Rick. We'll see what happens.
