Hey, why don't you do it for us. He is not even an investor with the company. So who is he? I have done a lot of DD and investigating and unlike "Robert/Dori" I have been in contact with key people like Demos and know what their plans are. Further more, it is not unusual for companies to find themselves in this position at the end of offerings and the beginning of actual operations.
FACT: the company is on-line.
FACT: Peter Demos left to do consulting work, everyone knew he was not getting paid. He never denied this and he knew things take time and sometimes companies get behind.
FICTION: No one knows Robert or if he is an investor.
FICTION: Claims of misuse of investor fund are not substantiated and cannot be verified by the court.
FACT:We know that there are lawsuits against the company; no doubt by people like Robert who want to cause nothing but trouble.

So, I belive the ball is only in Roberts court not ours.
