I know of NO requirement that the stock exchanges requires operators to actually drill the holes on a property before the use the information. If you know of such a requirement then post the exact reference,

All prior data will be used IF it is reliable and proper documentation to support it can be found. There may be a problem on the BC property in that some of the holes were drilled in the early 1980's and they can not find exactly where the holes were drilled and/or proper documentation.

If prior data could not be used then it would eliminate all takeovers or property purchases within the mining industry.
