Blackstar, it has been quite a long time since I visited this thread (and much higher prices too). At the time, I questioned the validity of the assumption that shares can be expected to be "withdrawn" without appropriate compensation to the owners of such share. What did eventually transpire with these shares? Finally, how many shares are there at this time and what is the plan of the company. If anyone can summarize it in few sentences, I would appreciate it. Will this company survive, or will it end up undergoing multiple reverse splits and dilution. Thanks. Zeev
