Phil,

If you did the opposite of what I said, then you would have held Diamond at 28 for three years and missed quite a few buying opportunities. You can bitch and moan about the trading range all that you want. What you can't do is argue that Diamond is a better investment vehicle from a long-term standpoint than the picks I've circulated here.

More importantly, holding onto Diamond now means further losses as we head into the quarter. I was surprised at how abruptly the price fell when Diamond announced something fairly obvious to anyone with the vaguest clue about where the industry is headed from a pricing standpoint. I'm sure you were surprised on both counts.

Feel free to do the opposite of what I say Phil. It's just the sort of simple-minded road to ruin your predecessors have made the mistake of following. Let your emotions be your guide...
