Throw on top of that real estate bubble and the stock market bubble all the consumer credit. Read an article in the paper last night about it. There are lot's of folks out there just teetering on the brink -- the slightest economic downturn and deliquincies will go "through the roof" literally as a lot of folks have taken advantage of low rates on home equity loans to consolidate consumer credit, but this hasn't slowed the rapid growth of consumer credit. It's gonna be ugly.

Skeets, The good news is, you can get a really big tent from Oshman's at a reasonable price. -g- I sympathize with you. I never understood why people buy used houses, but I know they do. Seems like new ones would be much more attractive, just like new cars. Of course, some of us prefer to lease both. -g- MB

If you keep up this boring real estate talk, I'm going to have to start skipping posts for the first time in the 10 months that I've been reading this thread. -g- I don't even want to know what a fisbo is.
