Statement from Frank E. Lashua Agent for class actiondc2842jl
May 3 1998
4:23PM EDTMy name is Frank E. Lashua. I am the agent working for many shareholders of OMG.Some shareholders have had questions regarding the $45.00 fee that is necessary to make the OMG Class Action a reality.ALL FUNDS are used for mailings, postage, telephone communication, Internet cost,Newspaper advertising, Envelopes, Photo copies,Silicon investor, Fax paper, Labor for several people,Fuel, Ect. It is estimated that our cost has averaged $400.00 to $500.00 per day, for the past 30 days. It may interest many of you that of all the payments received not one check has been processed. I have absorbed the complete cost to date.I HAVE ABSORBED THE COMPLETE COST TO DATE! Will I process the payments at a future date? YES. I have taken this position as the agent for my own recovery of funds and yours also. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! My position as your agent follows very explicate guidelines. Some of my duties include obedience and performance, loyalty to the principle(The shareholder),reasonable care and the transfer of information. It is the duty of the agent to keep the principle informed of all facts relating to the agency which are relevant to protecting the principles interest. Because the OMG stock problem is a very serious matter and involves large amounts of funds, certain steps have been taken by your representative (Agent) to assure you that we have put the shareholders concerns on our priority list. At this time we must continue to be patient, even though I realize many of us have possibly reached the reasonable limits of understanding. As you may be aware, class actions involve a great amount of manpower, litigation, and cost (CON'T NEXT MESSAGE)
