Just looked at the technical charts on PNEC - chart pattern breaking out of an 8-week base and the 50 day moving average is turning up, what this means is that it will attract more buying volume by technical investors who watch these indicators..... $5 is the key price because the MM's are going to do whatever they can (cross positions/match trades, but I don't think it'll work) to keep it lower than $5 which makes it an exempt security, which means that Mutual Funds at $5, can start buying it because it meets the price requirement.

I just spoke to a guy who has a friend who was trying to buy 10,000 shares, the broker told him that he could only fill 7,000 and he had to short him 3,000 (meaning that the broker still sold it but didn't have it immediately available).......hmmmmmmm.....(this same guy has 300,000+ shares of PNEC, yes that's right, why do you think there's so little stock available?, and he said that he wouldn't consider less than $20 a share)

Watch and laugh......

Richard

rharris or anyone,

I have been on the web site and it seems it is heavily under construction and some details I had hoped to find are not posted yet.

Does, anyone have any idea if there are plans to file with the SEC or get listed?

Have any financials been made public yet?

Thanks,

Dusty
