It'll come down to the deals management puts together. The number of shares is for the most part a technical matter not effecting market value of company, because different capital structures attract different stockholder constituencies. Management credibility and company profitability are the real keys. Better to be profitable first and then worry about nasdaq listing. Do a reverse and you'd better have earnings to support the price.
