As I was listening to the conference call I was crunching... break-even, growth rates, expenses, cost of sales projections, shares outstanding, earnings per share, all that stuff and yes....if the company can come in at the high end of the range say 19 - 20 million for 1999 with the corresponding sequential quarterly growth and industry margins to go with it, then you have the fundamentals that will translate into a higher stock price. From my calculations however its going to take the high end of the range to justify being in this stock, and that's why I think the next few quarters will be interesting to watch, not so much for the break-even issue but can they generate and accelerate sales? and can they do it with industry margins (65% was what they mentioned?).

I am fairly certain the break-even quarterly goal was maybe for the third quarter but more likely in the fourth. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

I did not buy the stock for the mass spectrometers. Not only is that a highly competitive field, but buyers tend to be reluctant to buy from anyone other than established giants like HP. I really thought Cross Check had mongo potential, and that was why I speculated in this stock. It's good to hear some dialogue on this thread.
