>>In my case, I recently sold half of my shares to limit my risk. If the deal spoils, the last year of investment in this company brings me a 30% return. If the best case is realized, it brings me a 200% return. If I sold everything right now, I would see a 68% return.<<

Should read:

In my case, I recently sold half of my shares to limit my risk. If the deal spoils, the last year of investment in this company brings me a 30% return. If the best case is realized, it brings me a 114% return. If I sold everything right now, I would see a 68% return.

Thanks for info. I finally had telephone conversation with gent from RISC name Walt not sure last name. Ph 941 3665015 ext*811. He also mentioned that there is some value in insurance registration which is sellable. There is also $22MM credit that RISC maybe able to receive next year. Big Q is how much will Zenith pay, which is in dispute of there auditors vs Zenith auditors. I agree with your logics. At this point it is hold. In my case I got in after class action I think it cuts oct1996. My high cost 2000 sh I sold last year to claim tax loss, wish I would hold it . Shares which I got at $1.125 I am holding. Thanks again for advice.
