A sitch is just more than a method of redirecting your call to the end user. It is also a computer that records times, numbers, etc. The phrase is OSS. IT the heart and soul of especially LD. That is a problem for the industry. Older switches have to be updated or replaced, with the later the more logical. Why spend ton of money on a older switch to be compliant with Y2K? Replace it with newer and compliant iron.
