Richard,

Good point. I thought about that too at times. An interesting idea could also be averaging the cumulatives. Total 30 points for example in 20 weeks would average out to be 1.5 points per week. It would better describe success in picking or vice versa. But then again it would make the accounting a little more complex and tedious. I don't know, these are just suggestions.

Have a good day.

Starting over? Overall my suggestion would be a contest duration of six months and starting over the first week of either May, June or July. I believe this contest started about the first week last November so if this is true early May would be six months. I know that at least Rudy and I were out for several weeks at he contest's beginning.

One could even hold a Super Bowl of sorts after 3-4 contests where the semi-annual winners could battle it out with a single choice good for up to a month. Hopefully the contest will go on for that long and we can attract additional new participants.

Incidentally I greatly appreciate WTMH's considerable efforts both at getting reports and for his data analysis. Sorry that I am only semi-computer literate when it comes to spread sheets.
