To any and all,

Having worked for a company that had a division bought out by Kodak I can honestly say that these deals are usually structured for the good of "Kodak". But Kodak has lots of problems within right now so who really knows for sure. I only know if it was my business they would be purchasing or leasing said equipment on their own. I am pretty sure that is how it works, though Kodak may have their own leasing Co. like say IBM has.

But if I could lend some advice from a completely neutral observer who has followed this stock for sometime now. Put your money elsewhere. This horse just doesn't have the legs. You can't tell me all this counsel is needed at this time. Just PR if you ask me, and poor PR at that. The law suit looks a little desperate doesn't it?
What is this company's cash position? Does anyone ship/mail from those centers? I know my money is better spent almost anywhere but here at this time. I do wish you all the best. Good luck. Remember, this is just one man's opinion.
