Ross:

While I am sure we agree on many things regarding PFG, this is where you and I differ in our assessments. In my mind, there is an "appearance" of a good working relationship between the two parties, but rest assured Barrick continues to let Pacrim know its place.

If this latest statement by Tom Shrake regarding the "loading of the columns" relates to the Sep 22, 1997 samples, then Barrick has now pushed the requirement for the release of data into the next quarter, which began on April 1. To begin this process, they must have received the assay results Bill has spoken about but if as I suspect, Barrick's contention is that they were received on or after April 1, Barrick is under no obligation to report the results until the end of the the second quarter (end of June 1998).

I suspect this is the case, but I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

Regards,

Rick

That is a shame, a byproduct of the original groups green nature.
