Thanks very much for your detailed
information and explanation. I
really appreciate it. I have
already purchased both but just
got a little "hung up" when I found
that exercising the warrants could
not be done for another 9 months
or so - then I wondered if this
fact would affect the rise in the
price of the warrants at this time -
that was basically my question.

Anyway, thanks again for taking the
time to give me a detailed response.
