The judge ruled on exactly what you described and according to his ruling which is Rule 18,or slam dunk, opens TT to damages. TPP only has to prove the amt. and NOT whether TT is liable for them, because that is included in the ruling.Having a judgement passed already on a co. that makes them liable for damages, makes this stock highly speculative, especially when they deny what happened.

mike, it is clear that the "deliverables" include " ability to construct and use the Equipment", as well as future improvement. However, the preamble: relating to the digestion of biodegradable waste, which technological process is called "Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion Process for Producing Animal Nutrients and other Digested Products",, does not include end products other than "Animal Nutrients and Other digested products", so one could question if enzymes (which are not "digested", but produced by specific type of possibly new bacteria strains), or for instance by products that result from fermentation are included. The language is quite poor, since "digested products" should refer to the incoming materials not the "results of bio-digestion" (?). I would say that TPP may request a lot of additional technology, developed since 1992, but not all the new technology developed since then by TTRIF. Yet, the condition of usability is quite strong, and TTRIF must deliver a working system (or the drawings for such a working and usable system). Zeev Zeev
