David, most the past debts were wiped out with the bankruptcy. Gary Singer is the only one I know of that still has a piece of the action (was $ 3 million in notes a year ago) but you notice I only gave TMM about $5 per Elvis CD with the rest going to debtors. Singer also has/had 4 million shares + so he also benefits from a price increase or buyout.

Yes, I'm sure some is owed in back salaries but we also know the number of shares creeped up from 80 million to 100 million within the past two years so somebody got stock for payment. I would guess less than a million dollars in misc. salary & other debts so we could reduce my valuation estimate by $ 3 million for Singer & $ 1 million for misc. to arrive at 21 cents a share low end. Since I used worst case for each item top end is closer to 30 cents.

Not sure about Lorne's status at the moment.
