Agreed in principal, my comments relate to the discussion about how to determine the value of the warrants. It is the value expectation of the underlying stock that determines what a buyer would be willing to pay for the warrants. Note: there has to be buyers after the call to sell to, and that is not a given. With the time pressure to sell before call date, market makers could drive the warrant price down. Whether to convert or sell will depend upon the prevailing market.
