Roy,
I believe the RRSP rules regarding FORMF have already been clarified, as for the TSE listing, it won't have minimal impact.
In case you're wondering, the Canadian Investment Fund Industry was worth well over 2 billion $ in 1995, today obviously its much, much more. A lot of these funds are VERY interested in acquiring positions in fast growing companies like FORMF, with this listing, it'll facilitate a rapid influx by the funds into this company as I personally know two funds(talvest/Hyperion Sm. Cap , PH&N Equity Growth) who have indicated that they'd be interested in taking a position. This is not counting the institutional investors such as the Caisse, OMERS etc. which would like to invest in high growth businesses. Many funds etc. were not interested in taking on the added currency risk involved in investing in a Canadian, foreign listed company.
