I'm glad to see this thread back to discussing Vivus/MUSE.

You said Vivus needs to make these announcements (approvals,
etc.) in a timely manner.

Your profile says you're a SOES trader. Did you find it
unusual that with *all* the new information *we* got
yesterday morning, that the stock price was flat, and
only 1.1 M shares traded in front of what amounts to
a full day of halted trading in front of a weekend?

Many businesses are open today, and the newswires are
running. The rest of the market was quite active
yesterday. Traders do not like to be locked out of the
action. I expected to see much more volatility in VVUS.
The only explanation i can see for the ho-hum trading
yesterday is that a good part of their news was already
known. Comments?
