The simple fact that there are a large number of insider holdings is not necessarily the best situation that can exist. FYI that is also a prime requirement in a "pump & dump. I would feel a lot better about the status of this stock had I bought it from someone other than Frank Cardia (broker), well known as a "weasel" by some such as myself. Mr Cardia's name(if in fact that is his real name) is well documented on the "weasel alert thread". JMO AND I'M STILL ONE HELL OF A LONG WAY FROM BEING HAPPY ABOUT THE STOCK DILUTION!!!! I bought it at 10 only to watch it tank to .75. Some real straight forward data would be nice.
