ASND is a great company with many talented employee, but for a company to grow and take leadership of the market it need to have strong management (leadership, credibility, quality, and process). If you look at CSCO, COMS, BAY, ADBE ..., they all have great management. I remember a post from BILL who talked about CSCO and COMS. On monday, it's the time for the Money Manager to show their respect for ASND.
