Byron, The price of the warrants on Monday will be totally dependent on IFLY. IFLY will set the pace and IFLYW will follow. If IFLY > 6.25 IFLYW = IFLY - 6.25 + 0.xx The 0.xx (premium) is currently 0.31 If IFLY moves up by a point, I would expect IFLYW to move up by almost a point (my guess is somewhere between 0.95 and 1 point). You will still have 100% gains on your warrants. The premium will keep decreasing if IFLY keeps moving up even higher. Regards, Rajiv
