It is possible to sell them short but requires a large amount of funds held in reserve that cannot be used to trade other stocks. Fidelity would make me keep $2 in reserve for each warrant I wished to short. Most likely not worth it to most traders, especially in light of the way internet stocks are running. My guess is that from here on in, the value of IFLY will climb more or less dollar for dollar with the stock on the upside.
