Kim,
<< Insofar as day care centers - no, there is not one planned - the largest day care center of any Naxos employee is at my house with six children :0)>>

I've got two who can make the same mess as six, when can I drop them off? :-)

Kim,

I don't do a whole lot of posting anymore, but do follow the threads and am invested in several of the so-called Desert Dirts, including NAXOS. I have a question about the Ledoux fire assay procedure used on the last two press releases.

Is the procedure proprietary to Naxos or was it developed by Ledoux? In other words, if I sent a sample in to Paul and asked him to analyze it using "the same procedure he used on the Naxos samples from FL", could he do that? I realize that the procedure used on the Naxos sample may not be appropriate to my sample, but if I chose to ask, could he do it or does Naxos have "ownership" of the procedure?

Thanks for your response.

Alan

Kim:

In your post you stated: "The average grade in North America is somewhere below or close to .2 ounces per ton/Au. Much of that cost has to do with cost of infrastructure and getting to the material."

Did you omit a recovery cost per ton figure from that statement? You appear to be stating what the average recovery is and at what cost/ton. Am I correct that something was omitted? Or if you know the average recovery cost/ton could you please post it?

TIA

Scott

KIm, is the potential of what you discuss already inherent in stock price, 3 1/2 and falling? No liquidity I might add! Sell on good news, sell on bad news? What will make Naxos shares appreciate? Does another finance looming over its head have any affect on current stock price?
