Paul, Penni -- We got the best vet clinic in the known universe, and their standard line is "Bring him/her in." If it's nothing, they usually don't even charge us for the visit, just the test(s). We've been regular customers for 15 years or more, so I figure we've already paid for the clinic...

I am 45.00 poorer but Blue has his inoculations and the vet thinks he may just have a little kittycold virus. He said, "How's his eating? Is he coughing? IS he mucusy?" EVeryhting your vet said. He told me to watch him and take his temperature--(they make it look so easy-I can't wait to try)Blue was very sweet. He weighs 15 1/2 pounds. And very odd!--he found his voice in the car!! He made the most godawful noises all the way to the vet's and home again. He is royally pissed off at me and is hiding somewhere. I feel much better.
I asked about Shy-and he said it's 40.00 for fixing. I suppose I'll do it if I can get him in a box--he only shows up at night though.
Shy-not the vet.
