Jim: The switch to digital would be the problem area, or at least that's what I suspect. The ISP must include some protocol on his end of the data transfer to enable "live" URL copy to be sent, accepted, and used in email. As it has him stumped, I feel sure he knows what I just said and has done the proper procedures. I'm not an expert in this at all, and don't attempt to portray myself as one, because, I nearly exhausted my knowledge in the above sentence......ggggg and it probably didn't make good sense or even be in the area of correct..... Sorry for not being of more help, but I know the gurus of SI can solve the problem for you and your ISP. Speak up, you gurus.....Jim need more help than I can give him..... Regards---Nemer
