I didn't say the the whole investment outlook changes but the government appears to be in efforts to settle the outstanding disputes that as you mention have brought a LOT of bad press to all public companies in KAZ.(WWS and KGFC) The largest affect this could have is that the public may equate the government as being just and therefore worthy of putting more cash into such projects. In case of public companies this should mean better stock liquidity and pricing, which is what we are all looking for.
