Mark, we have discussed the issue of insider sales several times on the other WIND thread and I have personally concluded that it is a non event as far as the stock is concerned. Several insiders, including Jerry Fiddler, have periodically sold shares and history has shown they would have been better off financially to have held. Peter Church has begun an excellent summary of the WIND threads (see post #2865) and the summary lists posts # 138, #440, and #444 dealing with the issue of insider sales. You might want to review those posts. I believe there have been other examples, but Peter hasn't reached those yet. Mitch
